The Divers Certification Board of NASE WORLDWIDE (DCBNW) offers three types of candidates for international certification. For the checklist, click here.
The First Assessment is for active commercial divers working in the offshore industry. The Director will evaluate your curriculum vitae (CV) and review your logbook, which must have logged and stamped dives to 60 meters (196 feet). If you meet the standards for this three (3)- day program and successfully complete it, you will qualify for the internationally recognized NASE Surface-Supplied 60m Air Diver Certification.
The Second Assessment is for graduates with a current NASE Surface-Supplied 30m Diver Certification. After a logbook review, a custom schedule will be created to fill in the deep diving time and academics required for Unrestricted Surface Supplied Diver certification.
The third assessment is for new graduates from schools that are members of the Association of Commercial Diving Educators (ACDE). This program is custom-tailored on a case-by-case basis to meet the needs of each individual. This includes all requisite academic and diving competencies required in the NASE Diving Standards.
