All commercial diving operations are supervised or instructed by trained personnel. This requires diving training and field experience. All commercial diving operations are supervised or instructed by trained personnel. The Surface-Supplied 60m Air Diving Supervisor/Instructor training program gives personnel a better understanding of the supervisor/instructor role in managing the site and maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel. It also improves understanding of how to plan and execute dive jobs.
All diving jobs are different; each requires a unique approach. This training teaches how to compile information, assess the team's ability, approach the job with safety as a primary concern, and ensure diving standards are followed, among many other facets of diving operations.
